The Artist Within

A 5-day intimate retreat for creatives to rest, reconnect and reignite their authentic way of being. Blending ritual, therapeutic practice, creative exploration and spacious time to integrate, this retreat is a loving invitation to come back to yourself, to community and your own creative flow.

CALLING TO:

All who are longing for space to reset, rebirth and reconnect to themselves ~ Our intention for these 5 days together is to meet you wherever you are: tender, tired, inspired, curious or ready for change.
This retreat is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your authentic self, your inner voice, your capacity to feel and your creative spirit in its wildest sense. We are calling to those who wish to unearth hopes, wishes and dreams, to those navigating transitions, closing chapters or opening new ones, to those longing for meaningful community, or craving true rest and nervous system softening. For all who resonate with our offering, we feel you. Unearth is an invitation to shed layers of perfection and performance, and an opportunity to lean in to aliveness, expression and loving community.

The Elements

Creative Practices

Explored daily as both a way in and a devotional act. Through voice, music, somatic movement, writing, play and time in nature, creative practice is used as a portal rather than a performance. Drawing inspiration from Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way and Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act, weaving healing and creating, we approach creativity as a relationship: something that softens, reveals, and reconnects you to what’s already alive within. There is no pressure here to produce or perfect, only an invitation to show up, explore, and allow yourself to follow what’s alive in you.

Exploring Your Emotions

Learning how to be with what is and what can be, while cultivating self compassion, trust and honouring sensitivity. This is a place to explore your emotions, questions, creativity, and inner rhythms without rushing, fixing or forcing. To support this exploration, we invite you to disconnect to reconnect. This retreat is largely analogue and tech-free, offering a gentle pause from constant input and stimulation. With fewer distractions, there is more space to feel, listen, and respond from a place that’s honest, human, and true to your nature.

Honouring Solitude + Community

Time alone and time together are woven thoughtfully throughout the retreat. There is space to practice solitude: to rest, wander, reflect and release, as well as shared moments of practice, nourishment, and connection. Community is offered unconditionally and genuinely, without pressure, allowing you to move between togetherness with others and with yourself, in a way that feels supportive, natural and true to you.

Location:
The retreat is held at Casa Terra (Earth House) in Tavira, Portugal. A beautifully designed, natural space created for rest, reflection, and reconnection. The location is 30 minutes from Faro Airport, with an included shuttle service to bring you directly to the retreat grounds.
The property has a natural swimming lake, a saltwater pool, and a light-filled yoga shala where our workshops will take place. Each room has its own bathroom and private balcony, offering luxury, comfort, and privacy. Surrounded by warm sunlight and stillness, the environment supports your expansion in an organic and gentle way.

Payment Plans + Supported Place

For all details related to payment please click here ~ you will be guided step by step, on how to apply for the retreat and reserve your space. We understand that for self-employed creatives spreading the cost can feel more supportive than a one-off payment. We’re very happy to arrange a simple payment plan so that the remaining balance can be paid gradually before the final deadline.

We are also offering one supported, bursary place for this retreat.
This is for someone who feels deeply called to the retreat but is experiencing financial limitations at this time.

If this feels true to you, you’re warmly invited to apply by including this in your retreat application. From there we will be in touch. Applications are open until 15th May.
