Integrative + Humanistic Psychotherapist, Meditation Guide, Artist and visiting Songwriting Lecturer at Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.Do You Recognise Yourself Here?
You may have found yourself exploring therapy because life is asking something new of you.
Perhaps you're at a crossroads, caught between who you've been and who you're becoming. You know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what or what comes next.
From the outside, things may look fine. I imagine you are incredibly capable, creative, caring and deeply thoughtful. Yet inside, you feel exhausted by the pressure you put on yourself and by never quite feeling enough. You may spend much of your time overthinking, wondering if there is more to life than simply getting through it.
You may feel alone, stuck, grieving unfulfilled potential or caught in a battle between your dreams and your inner critic. Perhaps there are parts of you that others don't see. You may feel misunderstood, or that people think you're someone you're not. Perhaps you've become so used to being strong that you've forgotten what it feels like to be supported.
If any of this feels familiar, I see you and I’m here to support you.
Sessions :
As a therapist, I offer a regular space where you can arrive exactly as you are, without needing to perform, carry everything alone, or have all the answers.
In our 1-hour sessions, either in person or online, we explore what is asking for your attention and make space for what is unfolding. My role is in walking alongside you with curiosity, compassion and care as you explore who you are and cultivate ways of moving through life that feel more supportive, sustainable and true to you.
I work with people on an ongoing basis, meeting regularly over time. This creates consistency and allows the work to develop at a pace that is organic. My practice is LGBTQIA+, POC and neurodiversity affirming, and is grounded in respect for the many ways culture, identity, society, community and lived experience shape our lives.
What Becomes Possible Through Therapy :
My hope is not that you become somebody new. My hope is that you feel more at home and at ease in your own individuality, that you trust yourself and your own path, and meet yourself with compassion instead of criticism.
I believe it is possible for you to feel less concerned with what others think and more connected to what truly matters to you. Through expanded awareness and with support, I believe that you can ease out of your armour, rediscover your spark, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
I believe that it can become possible for you to build a life that truly nourishes you, a life that feels meaningful, alive and aligned.

My Story:
I’ve always existed between creativity and sensitivity, feeling emotions deeply, prone to chronically overthinking and being hyper critical of myself. As it took time for me to understand those parts of me, throughout my early adulthood I moved through life overwhelmed, overstimulated and disconnected. I was unsure of who I was and afraid to be fully seen. As I began working professionally as a singer + songwriter, I experienced the impact of navigating the creative industries. For a long time I believed I was too much and equally that I was not enough. I lived in a traumatised body, constantly masking and shifting from fight to flight. A journey of slowing down, listening to my body, exploring my emotions, honouring my nervous system and returning to creative expression led me to sharing my work as an artist from an authentic place, as well as my practices in the healing arts and my qualification as a psychotherapist. My experiences shape the way I offer: with heart, presence, compassion and deep respect for the pace at which your process unfolds. My work as both a therapist centres sensitivity, expression, emotion, presence and the natural process of returning to who you are beneath layers of expectation, comparison and survival.Training + Experience
I work in an integrative and intuitive way, shaping each session around the person in front of me rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I draw from my work as a psychotherapist as well as weaving in somatic work, nervous system awareness, meditation and creative practice. I acknowledge both western and indigenous ways of knowing.
My commitment to practising ethically is through ongoing learning, professional development, regular clinical supervision, and my membership with the BACP.

Frequency
I often work with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, meeting at the same time each week where possible. Therapy is a relational process, and having a regular rhythm to sessions help create the consistency and trust that support meaningful exploration and change over time. If you’d like to work together within a different frequency, for eg. monthly, that’s something we can explore in an intro call.
