Payment Plans

STEP ONE:

Reserve your space

To reserve your place at unearth: The Artist Within, a deposit of £500 is required once your application has been reviewed and your preferred room choice has been confirmed (subject to availability). You can find the unearth application form here.

STEP TWO:

Choose a payment option

If spreading the cost would feel more supportive, we’re very happy to arrange a simple payment plan for you, so that the remaining balance can be paid gradually before the final deadline.

Option 1 – Pay in full

You’re very welcome to complete the full retreat payment at the time of booking, allowing everything to be taken care of in one step.

Option 2 – Payment Plan

Reserve your place with a £500 deposit followed by two further instalments, with the full balance completed by 1 July 2026.

STEP THREE:

Confirmation

Payments are processed securely online via Stripe. Once your place is confirmed, we’ll send you the appropriate payment link to complete your booking via email. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt once your payment has been completed.

Bursary Space

We offer one supported place for each retreat for someone who feels deeply called to this work but is currently experiencing financial limitations.

This place is offered at a reduced rate, with the intention of making the space more accessible while still honouring the value of the experience.

If feel this is true for you, you’re warmly invited to apply here. As you will see on the form there are a few questions to gently understand what’s calling you to the retreat and what level of support would make it possible for you to attend. This is a good place to share that you would like to apply for the bursary space.
