one-to-one therapy 

1-1 therapy sessions, are a non-judgemental and expansive space to regularly come home to yourself.

My intention as your therapist is to support you in shedding what no longer serves you, and reclaiming more nourishing and authentic ways of being with yourself. This is a place for you to reclaim the parts that may have been buried beneath layers of shame, expectation and comparison. This includes all parts of you that may have been silenced or abandoned in the pace of life and survival.

Together, we tend to the places that feel tangled, wounded or restricted within you, creating space for clarity and ease to emerge over time. Sessions are a place where truth can be spoken without judgement, where emotions can be regularly explored and expressed and the body can reconnect to its deep wisdom.

I do not believe you are here to be fixed, but to be witnessed, respected and met in your authenticity. Through the regular ritual of therapy, I will be beside you with respect and care. As you discover how to move through life with more self-trust and self-confidence, and as you begin the courageous act of rediscovering who you are, again and again.

How I work with you:

The way we work together is rooted in my training as a psychotherapist alongside my experience and training in creative and healing arts practices. I work in an integrative way, meaning I weave these strands together to allow sessions to unfold in a way that recognises and honours all parts of you.

During sessions we move at your pace. There is no expectation to know what to say or that what you bring needs to be significant or articulate. Sessions may include: exploring emotions that call for tenderness and understanding, grounding into body and breath for nervous system support, developing insight into relationships, identity, and belonging, or working with expression and creative energy as well as gently tending to wishes, hopes and dreams. 

Our time together is centred on you, while being rooted in collaboration, soulful exploration and loving presence.

1-1 Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are available both online, and in person in London (in person spaces limited).

1~1 therapy sessions are a place for:
  • Walking alongside experiences such as:

    • feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or emotionally flooded

    • exhausted by intrusive or racing thoughts.

    • low mood, heaviness, or lack of motivation

    • a deep fear of the unknown

    • depression or periods of emotional numbness

    • anxiety, worry, or persistent stress

    • Insomnia or difficulty switching off.

    • Anger, rage, irritability, or frustration that feels unmanageable or hard to place.

    • Shame, guilt, or a harsh inner critic.

    • Low self-esteem or feeling “too much” or “not enough”

    • A sense of emptiness or lack of purpose, hope or fulfilment

  • Creating an open space for:

    • feeling unsure of who you are beneath roles, expectations, or past chapters

    • major life changes (shifts, endings, beginnings, relocations)

    • identity questions or periods of re-orientation

    • exploring sexual or gender identity, expression, or sense of being

    • exploring a racialised, cultural, or mixed-heritage identity and lived experience.

    • grief for versions of yourself or lives that didn’t unfold

    • feeling lost, unrooted, or at a crossroads

    • navigating change while longing for steadiness

    • reconnecting to your values, needs, and inner direction

    • a connection to faith or spirituality

    • Discovering a ‘true’ self and an authentic sense of self.

  • Looking to the body’s wisdom for:

    • nervous system regulation

    • learning to understand what your body may or may not be communicating

    • grounding into the body for compassionate soul based enquiry and exploration

    • rebuilding a sense of rest and relaxation.

    • to tune out noise, slow down the pace and tune in to yourself.

  • Tenderness and clarity around:

    • patterns of people-pleasing or over-giving

    • feeling emotionally or physically reliant or dependant on others

    • fear of being in relationship, or grief around not knowing how

    • experiencing loneliness or a lack of meaningful community.

    • difficulty expressing needs, boundaries, or truth to others

    • feeling responsible for others’ emotions

    • relationship anxiety or fear of being too much / not enough

    • repeating relational patterns that feel painful or confusing

    • experiencing attachment wounds or trust issues

    • finding your voice and a sense of ease and trust within relationships

    • learning how to stay connected to yourself while in relationship with others

  • Ways of naturally opening doors to:

    • creative blocks or feeling disconnected from your creativity

    • fear of being seen, heard, or taking up space

    • self-doubt around your own voice, creativity or expression

    • feeling muted, stuck, or disconnected from aliveness

    • reconnecting with creativity as a source of nourishment

    • using voice, sound, or creative practices to explore emotion

    • allowing expression without pressure, performance, or perfection

    • having full choice and permission to say yes or no to any creative practice or invitation.

Creative Coaching For Artists + Creative Souls

A specialist part of my work is with artists, musicians, writers, and creatives, offering therapy and creative mentoring for those navigating sensitivity, identity, burnout, and creative blocks. Alongside the joy and aliveness creativity can bring, I also recognise pressure, self-doubt, burnout, identity confusion, and a sense of being misunderstood or unseen.

I offer a space where both the person and the creative are welcome. This might include working with an inner critic, voice and expression, performance anxiety, perfectionism, comparison, or the emotional impact of working within creative industries. Our work together supports you to reconnect with your creativity as something living and nourishing, rather than something that depletes you or needs to be forced, judged or proven.

You don’t need to be actively producing or “successful” in your field to be respected. What I honour is your relationship to creativity,  your grief or expressions around it, as well as the inner life that moves beneath it.

Creative coaching sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes. Longer in-person sessions of 90 minutes or more are available on enquiry, particularly for those travelling from outside of London.

In Our Sessions We May:

I. explore emotions around creativity + expression that need releasing, holding, tenderness or understanding


II. notice hidden patterns or stories that may be surfacing, or feel uncomfortable or familiar


III. ground into body and breath for nervous system support as memories and somatic sensations surface


VI. recognise and work through woundings that have had nowhere to be voiced but are ready to heal and transform.


V. work with your inner voice, expression + creative energy or explore existing ideas or pieces you’ve been working on, with openness and softness.

Meditation Coaching Sessions

These sessions offer a steady place to deepen your relationship with yourself through the practice of meditation. They are especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, blocked, or caught in cycles of overthinking ~ even if you’ve always believed meditation is something you “can’t do” or aren’t very good at.

Rather than striving for stillness or perfection, we work gently with the breath and the body to regulate the nervous system and create space beneath the noise of the mind. We begin simply, often with short practices, and gradually build toward longer meditations that open and close each session. The middle part of our time together is held for compassionate exploration and integration. A place to explore what is arising, what may be ready to be released, and what you might wish to invite back into your life. These sessions are about learning to listen differently, and allowing clarity to emerge from a grounded place.

Practicalities 

LOCATION:

I have a limited amount of in-person sessions, for these I am based at Homa in Islington, London.

Online sessions are more available, and take place online via Zoom. You can join from anywhere in the world. What’s most important is that you have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera/working microphone and a quiet, private space where you feel safe to speak freely.

SESSION LENGTH:

1:1 Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

Creative Coaching and Meditation Coaching sessions are held within a slightly different container and are 60 minutes (1 hour).
Longer in-person sessions are available on enquiry, particularly for those travelling from outside of London.

EXCHANGE:

1:1 Therapy sessions are offered on a sliding scale of £80–£100 for a 50-minute session.

Creative Coaching and Meditation Coaching sessions are both offered on a sliding scale of £120–£150 for a 60-minute session.
Longer in-person coaching sessions are available on enquiry.

A number of reduced-rate therapy + coaching spaces are available for those experiencing financial hardship or significant transition. If you feel deeply called to begin therapy or coaching sessions together and the sliding scale doesn’t reflect what you can currently pay, you are welcome to email me and we can talk options through together.

HOW OFTEN WE MEET:

There is no single right rhythm for us to work together but many people find that beginning with weekly or fortnightly sessions is especially supportive. Meeting regularly allows us to build trust, deepen our understanding of one another and create a steady ritual of carving out time to tend to your inner world.

As the work becomes more rooted and familiar, the rhythm often naturally shifts. Some people move into fortnightly or monthly sessions, using the space between meetings to integrate and live what’s unfolding. What matters most is finding a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.Together, we’ll listen for the rhythm that feels right, allowing it to evolve over time as your needs and life circumstances change.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This flexibility ensures that your commitment to therapy can co-exist with the realities of everyday life.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

Once we’ve confirmed your session, I’ll send you the details for our meeting (either the in-person location or Zoom link), along with payment information. I ask that payment is made in advance of the session. This helps keep the space held with continuity and care, allowing us to close the session with intention rather than shifting back into practicalities afterwards.
